I don't usually leave a review on the Internet, I do it in person! Had my oil changed and the tall bald older man is MORE than just RUDE, he's insulting. I was upset when he was taking out my oil filter under the hood and as oil was GUSHING all over the front of the engine and serpentine belt I said that's NOT the way to do that! The response was, mister when you OWN your own oil change business you can do it your way!! Then the VERY nice young man who took my payment apologized for his actions from the older guy... As I'm making sure my hood was closed properly I noticed oil hand prints on the hood and the side of my vehicle and asked him if he could please wipe off the grime, and he said we're not a car wash as he's outside waiting for me to be guided out of the shop. This is no way to do business in a small community like ours in Kingston Springs!! He needs a good talking to in my opinion!!!!
Also the dirty oil was on my steering wheel and my ignition key as well as my hands from the oil. I had to go into the truck stop to wash my hands and get towels for the mess outside AND inside!!

Quick service and honest work. They even tried to talk me out of some work because it wasn’t necessary yet. I wanted it done for my own purposes. Hard to find honest service these days. Keep up the great job guys. I will definitely be back.

Would highly recommend you not go in there.
They do not stand behind their work.
I carried my Jeep in with engine light on and it was diagnosed and repaired.
2 days after pick up, the light came back on and was re-diagnosed with the same problem.
They had the Jeep for another week and never tried to fix it.
I picked it up and will now carry it to someone else to fix.
$400.00 lesson learned.
Will never go back!!!!!
