I thought they just put a hold on my card for each time I run a machine, but here I am look at my bank statement a week later and I was charged $10 for the $8.50 machine. Twice.

I give it 5 stars mostly because it's the only laundry mat in Kingsport that actually leaves the bathroom unlocked so their customers can use restroom if need be.. I mean I get why the owners feel like locking it is best but they need to understand that as paying customers we should be allowed access to the bathroom.. Most of them started locking them up cause of homeless ppl using them to bathe in or do dope in..
