An error occurred with one of my repairs. It was an honest, human oversight. I thought the piece was compromised. This was not a super valuable piece- it was special and had sentimental meaning to me. Without hesitation they offered and took full responsibility. When I picked up the repaired piece for the second time- I was amazed. The amount of effort, labor and craftsmanship that they executed to correct the issue was incredible.
