They could do better on helping customers if a customer standing in Ile looking and a worker walking by or doing something in that Ile go head ask if they need any help finding anything. I've literally watched a worker walk by an elderly lady that was trying reach product top shelf i the customer helped

I'm blown away by the changes Walmart is making. The store now looks like a whole new place with the clothing displays and mannequins with heavy lighting! Nice!

I go here all the time. This has to be my favorite Walmart across the country so far. It's Walmart what can I say, but its nice, clean, and friendly people. I can't say this about a lot of the other Walmart's I've been in. I can pickup some deodorant, fishing gear, Xbox Game, pair shoes, gallon of milk, while they rotate my tires on the truck. It's easy to get in and out of at this location. This is a Southern Walmart so expect to find things in it you won't find up North. It's just a Walmart if you're expecting an REI or Saks Fifth Avenue you came to the wrong place !

Delivery dept is horrible. Everytime they "forget" my items I pay for they refuse to send them back out. Have to go through lengthy process with customer care in order to get a refund on missing items that takes 10 days to get the money back. Why can't delivery just send my items back out? I paid for them, I paid for delivery & I paid a tip. Horrible customer service. They make the mistake yet we are the ones suffering from the mistake. To get our items we have to pay extra 6.99 plus 5 dollars to rush what they left out. Pathetic. This happens all too often. The deleted needs to make sure the drivers are getting all the order not half of it. They need to do a better job cuz it is getting worse.

This is by far the worst location in the tri cities aside from the market on Lynn Garden. Workers brushing off customers when they need help. Shelves are disheveled and unstocked. Customers just sanding with their mouths wide open oozing horrific BO. Look to places and people like this and you can just watch civilization declining.

You guys seriously dropped the ball today as your employee stood doing nothing as a young punk cut line infront of 2 of us and did nothing. As the punk ran his mouth scanning his things your employee did NOTHING. Just flubbed through his words. Yes I tossed what I had and said I was never shopping there again. PATHETIC!

This is my favorite Walmart in the area! They have moved everything around so still getting use to where everything is but they always have what I need. I shop here for groceries and for household and personal items as well. Everything is always well stocked and this walmart carries all my personal favorite items and brands. I love that I can one stop shop here!
