Been coming to this gas station for 5 years and now all of a sudden in the last week they decide to concrete a pole into the ground directly behind the pumps in between 2 handicap parking spots. Not only is this out of ADA compliance as the handicap walkway is no longer accessible, but in the limited space already available in the parking lot it creates a hazard for people trying to pull in and out of the pump. It causes thousands of dollars in damage to my husband’s truck and I was told by an employee that other people have hit this pole as well. This parking lot is far too busy and far too small for a pole to be placed there. There is no sign indicating a pole is there, no flags, no cones, caution tape, rope, NOTHING.

It’s usually priced better, crowded, and beware it looks like they do that putting a 100 usd hold on your card sht and if you don’t have at least a hundred dollars in the account at that time you aren’t getting any gas. - 2 stars for that sht.

Always crowded no matter what day I go. Prices are reasonable. Customer service is always great inside the station. Overall a good experience.

The prices for gasoline tend to be lower than anywhere else in Kingsport; as long as that continues I'll be back!I only wish it was a bigger service station & with window washing materials for trucks.
