The checkout person working at this location is very rude. I’ve talked to the manager before about her. I only really go there because i can save money on cigarettes but please watch what you buy. One small bag was $70. It was just garbage bags and dish soap. I really believe these stores are price gouging. Inflation is bad but this is ridiculous.

When you're looking for a place to buy things, what is the one thing above all else you DON'T want to hear? That said place is OVERPRICED. That's pretty much sums up this Walgreens. Legitimately every product in the store, I guarantee you you can get for way cheaper at any Walmart, Food Lion, ect. Check the photos attached and see for yourself. I went to get my Flu Shot here once. First off, let it be known I have a severe case of Trypanophobia, which is the term for fear of needles. Let's just say, their Pharmacy did absolutely nothing to help diminish that fear... In fact, like a Harmacy, they actively made my fear WORSE. I wish I could forget that experience. Most of the time the place is pretty empty. I'm giving this Walgreens a 1 star out of 5.

I needed to transfer my script to Walgreens bc Marcums was out of what I needed. 3 hours later I went to pick it up and the employee refused to call Marcums for the transfer bc Marcums closed in 10 minutes. I asked why and the Pharmacist Denise, hollered at me telling me she wouldnt do it right now and I needed to take a seat!! My script should've been ready and no one wanted to help. I was treated like garbage and will never be back!!! I called Marcums and they said it would've taken seconds. They were awesome! I was leaving for the beach the next day so it really messed me up. Denise the Pharmacist was so utterly rude to me and she should be ashamed of herself!!

The only complaint I have is the cinnamon pine cones for sale at the front door. Which permiates the whole store. Not good for people who are highly allergic like myself. This is at university and stone in Kingsport TN. 5 stars for the helpfulness of the employees.

When picking up my prescriptions at the drive through, I needed another item out on the floor. Lydia offered to go get it for me. I feel she went above and beyond for me. She was friendly, helpful and patient with this old lady...I am 70.

Rude pharmacy staff. Said they wouldn't talk to me through the drive through because I was in the passenger seat. Tried to speak louder, turn AC off but consistently said they don't talk to people in the front passenger seat. I pick up prescriptions for my mother and they've been rude or late or both.
