I pick up my prescription every single week here I was just charged $12 more for my prescription than I was the previous week. I don’t get why the price changed I have the exact same insurance I did last week. Seems like they’re trying to pull a fast one on you.

Hope you don't have questions about your medications! 35 min call and they picked up 3 times laughing and kept putting me on hold. I'm finding another pharmacy because they suck here!!!

Drive through here is terrible. Been waiting behind the same 2 cars for 20 minutes. Drive through should only be for prescriptions that are already ready to be picked up. Also you can be sitting in the inside lane and if the outside lane opens up, someone who just drove up will be waited on before you.

I noticed a woman standing right in front of the pharmacy, smoking a vape, and nobody said anything. I brought it up to a store employee, who went to go check it out. I brought it up to the pharmacist, and her coat actually said pharmacist, and she said "uh huh" and shrugged her shoulders. Looking at where she was standing, and the cameras behind the pharmacy counter, she should be easily seen on the video. I gave the employees a perfect description of this woman, from her plaid pajama pants and gray shirt, all the way down to the purple vape that was being held between her phone and her hand. I'm a disabled vet, with heart and lung issues, and I was forced to stand in that little area in front of the pharmacy, breathing in that garbage. And the fact that the pharmacy employees don't care is absolutely pathetic

The pharmacy was to fill a script for 10mg for 7 days. They gave me 5mg for 14 days. When I dropped the script off they told me everything was in stock. Kroger and CVS was honest with me and said they didn't have the right dosage. I couldn't use the second bottle so I took it back for a refund. The manager said no because it was my responsibility to check before I left the store. Isn't it their responsibility to fill a script as it is written? I tossed the useless bottle on the counter but it landed on the floor. The manager yelled I was not allowed back. I have no intentions of going to a pharmacy that doesn't fill a prescription the way the doctor ordered.

There was 1 car in the pharmacy drive-thru. I sat for 30 minutes on a Wednesday at 2:00 p.m. in the afternoon. The service was extremely slow. I am always waiting over 30-40 minutes every time I use the drive-thru. I am considering switching to another pharmacy if this issue continues. All of my prescriptions are on auto-refill, and having my medications delivered to my home runs the risk of porch pirates stealing them! Your customer service is terrible!

Very rude and unprofessional the younger lady at the pharmacy was very hostile after making me wait 20 minutes in the drive thru with no contact at all do better

Switched to this pharmacy from cvs because of wait times and phones never answered at the cvs. However since switching, even though the pharmacist are very nice it has since slowed way down and takes awhile to get through lines. I asked what happen and was told they had to cut hours and it caused some problems being short handed, so I guess like the rest of the world since covd😩. Now I try to pick up all rx at same time of month and factor in 30 minutes to an hour wait times each time

The only 4 stars because I mean let's be real places like that are always going to be well over priced on their items as well for the fact they barely ever keep the milk stocked
