We were very pleased with our experience at Verizon of Kingsport today. Josh Barrett was extremely helpful and provided informative feedback to help our experience be even better! He was very patient and clearly would do anything he could’ve to met our needs. Big shoutout to Josh!

I really appreciate the consulting the staff does, they sit with you and actually assist with any questions when i have them and set my devices up. I don't get that service everywhere. I'm always happy to choose Cellular Sales for ALL of my wireless and home internet needs.

Do NOT go here if you are a Verizon customer. They are not actually a Verizon store, it is Cellular Sales. So, do yourself a giant favor, drive to the other side of Stone Drive, and safe yourselves a lot of PITA.

I was extremely pleased with the service and customer-focused experience John provided. I have been struggling with cell and internet reception for four years (i.e. I had next to none at my home!) with several others companies and within one visit, he was able to provide a fix for both these limitations at a lower price than I was paying previously. Since switching to Verizon and working with John and the team, I have been 100% satisfied without any service issues. Thank you!
