I saw Dana today at the Colonial Heights store. He was the most helpful person at Verizon I have ever encountered. Most employees at Verizon are not very helpful unless the customer is purchasing a phone. Dana, however, was eager to help me. Dana comes highly recommended! Richard K. Reed, M.D.

I don’t even know where to start. I was having some personal issues that I spoke to the representative Jacob about and his customer service was absolutely fantastic. He was a blessing! If I ever have any other needs for coming into the store, I would definitely seek him out because he was amazing. Truly a god send!

Austin always has a smile on his face and helps us with our phone questions and phone transfers. He is patient with us and talks us through each step and makes sure we are comfortable with our phones and decisions before we leave. Thankful to continue our business with Austin through each phone change!

I had an issue that needed resolved and it ended up being more complicated than expected. Zak T was the salesman who helped. He went out of his way and took his time to resolve my issue even when he knew he was not going to make a sale off me. I am very disappointed in Verizon overall and will end up switching to a different provider soon BUT Zak deserves a 5 star review. Thanks again for your help Zak, if you get to read this please know it meant a lot to me.

Was greeted by Jacob as soon as I walked in. Told him the issue I was having with my phone, and he took care of it quickly. Definitely recommend this Verizon sales location over the others in this area!

Sunday evening my friend dropped her phone and cracked the screen, she went straight to the Verizon on stone drive at 5:25pm, the lady told her they close in 30 minutes and she needed to come back tomorrow. Very rude! So Monday my daughter and I went with her to the 1 on fort henry! Jordan was amazing, he got her fixed up, saved her $$ and set up her new phone! I could write 2 more pages on how helpful, respectful and customer service was on point. He went above and beyond! Actually there was 3 gentlemen working and they were all professional and had customer service. This is the Verizon store you want to go to if you ever have issues!

Very good customer service is hard to find these days. Got exactly what I needed, and they installed it for me on my phone - which is no easy task to do it properly. I'd shop here again before the other outlets in the area. Thank you.

Garrett, Dylan & Collin were FANTASTIC! We got all our phone issues worked out & bought 2 new phones. These guys were very helpful & made the experience easy & fun. A+Refreshments were provided too!
