They won't even check in tracked packages, then "lose" them instantly. Never seen or heard from again, and no trace that it was even there even after official inquiry. If you wanted to throw money away the trash can is more convenient.

I have been a resident of this great city since 1980. The people that work at the counters in the Post Office are phenomenal!!!!! This absolutely needs to be said and heard!!!Now, let's get to the carrier that we have had for the past two years. Definitely the laziest carrier at that office. My wife is Disabled and has diabetes and this carrier continues to PASS our house daily!!!!! We only get our mail when another carrier fills in!!!!! The SUPERVISOR is absolutely NO HELP either. HOW HARD IS IT TO DELIVER MAIL!!!!!!!

This place is a joke. The website says walk ins for passports and you show up and they tell you they do not do them. They recommend going to the Gate City court house. The advice as I was leaving was if it has to do with the post office don't trust what it says online.

Honestly getting tired of this post office. I’ve lived in larger cities with USPS never messing up. It seems they always mess up at this own. I don’t know how many times they’ve lost my package or placed the package in the wrong box. You can call their direct number but they do not answer. It takes a good 20+ phone calls until they finally answer. Absolutely bogus.

Absolutely pathetic. I live less than a mile away and they had trouble finding my address and is making me pay for a redelivery. To add to that I tried to call them just to get confirmation they had my package and the system refused to let me speak to a person. I can not explain the rage I have. I hate this place and the people that work their, they literally are the most useless scabs in our society next to landlords.

Apparently we need an act of congress or maybe letters of intent from our attorneys to actually have our mail/packages delivered with respect. Finding your packages in the ditch is the laziest most pathetic way of delivering to anyone. It's real nice of you haters to treat elderly and/or disabled people with such disrespect. But after reading these reviews it's painfully obvious it's time for a major housecleaning!

Spent an hour and a half on automated menu cause it kept taking me back to main menu and when it finally allowed me to get a live person the wait was 2 hours. All to report damage to apartment mailbox cause the delivery driver refused to call it in now I know why

This is the 2nd time I have not received my packages within 2 months. No one answers the phone! I have a case opened now on a lost package and the post office is suppose to call me and so far, no calls! Every time we get a substitute mail carrier we have trouble. Are packages are always delivered somewhere else. It's like pulling teeth to get help. This is the most aggravating place to deal with. The drivers need to look more carefully at the addresses!

Imagine my surprise when returning from an 8 day vacation to find my box filled with all my mail - and this was after I filled out a stop mail card. Apparently, no one did their job and notified my carrier of the stop mail order.

Incompetent group of people. They send parcels to whatever address they want. Worked with the sender and post office to find out my package, which was a Christmas gift, was delivered to wherever they wanted to deliver it to. Filed a claim online and was contacted by the post office 2 days later to find out the driver dropped it at the wrong address. Went to the post office 2 days after that and was told the same thing and the drivers response was, "i don't know why i did that, i wasn't paying attention i guess". Some of us work hard for our money and to save up for a gift takes time. These people do not care. Hope karma takes care of the driver and the people who received the package for not being honest enough to return it to the post office. Sorry excuse for human beings, driver and the people who received my package.

As all of us know if your package arrives at the facility then we are allowed to go pick up the package. After my last visit I guess that feature is a thing of the past, went in to get my package like I normally would and the response I got was you’ll have to wait until it’s delivered because we only have one person back there sorting the mail. I do understand that it’s the holiday season and the post office is bombarded with multiples packages but the lady that spoke to wasn’t doing anything whatsoever, literally standing behind the counter and greeting people. Really would like to see them hire people inside that actually help the customers instead of turning them away because you are to lazy or to good to go back there and try to assist your co worker and customers. Thanks for nothing. Happy Holidays!

Honestly the best USPS I have been to. The employees working the counters were fast and nice, especially for it being the stressful holiday season
