The expeditious manner in which I was waited on, package was sent out with RMA slip, and received by the vendor. Resulting in a full refund per the vendor return policy. Very friendly ALWAYS at this store. I have used them for many services including, but not limited to notary services. Super happy with them any time I use them at this location in Colonial Heights/Ft. Henry Drive location (37663). Thank you!?

I have been doing business with this store for 7 years so far, and I have always had a great experience. Allan, Dominique, and Malcolm are wonderful, and this store has the best customer service of any kind of service establishment I have ever used. I could go on and on about all the positive things about the staff, and I am so grateful to them for all the help they have given to me and to my business. A quick thank you to Malcolm for the great help he gave me last week when the store was very busy and was in the middle of construction/renovation.
