They are fantastic! They work with insurance to see that you can get what you need. If they don't have it, you need it, they will get it. Plus their clothing selection is awesome and reasonably priced. Most of all their staff help you feel comfortable in your time of need-THEIR GREAT!

This Boutique is amazing and the ladies who work there are amazing! They have a ministry and they ministered to me. They were not accepting my insurance at the time, but they took extra good care of me making sure I had everything I needed. They have a wide selection of clothing, bathing suits, hats and caps, and lots of other unique items. I highly recommend shopping at this boutique!

My mother and I visited the boutique yesterday, the women were so pleasant. My mother's insurance wasn't in the network at the moment, they GAVE her 2 products she was there for! I've never experienced such kindness from an establishment.

Unique Boutique is the only retailer in the Tri-Cities, TN area that I have found Dixie Belle panties. The style is just cut better for fuller figure women. The staff at Unique Boutique are so friendly and helpful. And when they didn't have the colors in stock I was looking for, they willing offered to order them for me. Since my work hours coincide with the store hours and I live out-of-town, they even offered to mail them to me when they come in. I am very pleased with the service and recommend them to anyone who is looking for quality service.
