Friend locked their keys in the car I called Pop a Lock as I’ve used them in the past and they’re reasonably priced at $50 but they can’t do lockouts in Virginia apparently so I called these guy. Service on the phone was professional and courteous and I was quoted $65 I figured they gotta pay for that rollbacks diesel and thats fair. They arrived pretty quickly and rendered service I helped the driver with his flashlight and guide him voila we’re unlocked. The bill came and it was $75I would have called someone else for that price but services were rendered. The driver felt bad about it but I paid him and he went on his way. I’m not sure where wires got crossed but $65 was confirmed on the phone and I paid more than I was supposed to which is absolutely unacceptable.

These people will mess up your vehicle when towing it. Then try to act like it was already like that. Save your money. Call hillbilly towing...
