We purchased our vehicle from salesman, Marvin. Making a big purchase can be such a hassle but we had a great experience and he was very accommodating. I strongly recommend asking for him if you’re in the market. I also want to add that the entire management team at both Toyota and Lexus of Kingsport were very professional during our purchase. Ask for Marvin Tolly, you’ll be happy you did!

They gave me a quote of almost $900 to replace one wheel bearing and hub. At a private garage I can have all four done for that price. I paid $45 for a bearing and hub online and they wanted about $450 for one bearing and hub. Never ever go to a dealership to have anything done or to buy a part.

I came for an oil and filter change and had other questions about my vehicle. The service advisors are always very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The service guys always do a great and thorough job on my car.

Everyone at this dealership was very helpful and nice. We had a great experience with the service department especially with Brittany that works in there. They were able to get my car serviced fast and kept me up to date on everything. Would definitely recommend this dealership

I was in just now to try and look at a TRD Camry they had. I walked around the lot and looked at some cars, could never even find the Camry, and every salesman just watched me walk around without saying anything to me, then proceeded to help someone else. Horrible way to do business. I’ve never felt the kind of discrimination that was hurled my way today. Welcome to East Tennessee. Compared to what I’ve heard about this place, I was flabbergasted to say the least that I was treated this way.

Love the service department is so kid friendly. They have a kids corner for kids to play and watch TV so they’re entertained. When we go to get parts they are always friendly and do their best to get what we need and when we came in with our little girl she was given an ice cream. She’s now a Toyota fan ??
