When my truck overheated on I81 South at Hwy 36 Fort Henry Drive I had the good fortune in going to Top Performance Automotive. The day in question was a Saturday when most all garages are closed. After the tow driver dropped off myself with the truck ,Butch came by to go inside his shop for something. Seeing me standing there, he asked if everything was going well. I appraised him of my predicament and he put my vehicle inside his shop until Monday. The cooling failure was diagnosed and repaired before noon on Monday. Great people and service. Thanks Top Performance.

I needed a Interstate battery for my 06 Scion xb they didn't have it in stock but they was able to order it and had it ready for me 2 hours later and the price was better than other shops I would highly recommend Top Performance. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Bravo! One of our vehicles broke down as a member of our family travelled through the area. I called the shop as an out-of-towner, near the end of their service day, with a broken down vehicle. This is the kind of situation that could easily be taken advantage of.Instead, the shop fit our vehicle into their schedule (even though it was near the end of their day), provided quality service, was very courteous, and didn't take unfair advantage of the situation at all. We were quoted a very fair price, and in the end actually charged less than the quote.Our experience was very positive, and we recommend that others consider this shop as well.

Had a 2000 Chevy truck just stop running call them they said bring it on in that evening they had it fixed the next morning, changed fuel pump and replaced breaks super job super service.Services: General repairs & maintenance

I wanted plugs and plug wires put on , he broke a piece and I got charged for it , cost me 290$ , I think if they break it ,they should pay for it, looking for another garagemy car hasn't run rite since he touched it,I called was told he was out of town.id get call back, it never came I feel took advantage of, lied to make it rite Butch
