Tire barn saved me money by repairing a tire that 2 other shops said was not repairable. They wanted to sell me a new tire. Tire barn was more interested in saving me money than selling me an expensive tire my car didn’t need.

Daniel saved the day for us!!! We had a flat on the highway and needed to get home to Memphis. Everything was closing. Danial put the little tire on for us and helped us find a business in Knoxville that had a tire for my car. We got home that night thankfully.

I bought my last set of tires here…have never had issues with customer service. I was driving home and ran over a bolt, which punctured my front left tire. Called and spoke with Daniel about my issue and we came to an understanding that I was to drop my tire off after I got off work at 5:00 o’clock for them to fix and then come back the next evening have him put it back on, and he said that would hold me over until Saturday (which I told him I wld buy a new set bc at this point I’m needing new tires). When I go back the next afternoon after I got off work, the gentleman said he was told that I was picking the tire up. I said no I was to have it put back on! He said they had no one there to put it on for me. I said that’s what we had agreed to. Otherwise, why wld I, a 57 yr old lady that knows nothing about tires, want him to plug my punctured tire? Just to haul the damn thing around in the back of my jeep until Saturday? I mean why plug the damn thing to start with!!! That’s why I’m paying him to do this for me!! That’s was part of my cost when I bought them!!! It’s not my fault you don’t have any help!! All you had to do was take the spare off, lift my tire onto the bolts, put the lug nuts on and tighten them!!! I can’t lift the heavy tire!! Again, that’s what I paid for when I bought them…for you to see to it that you have someone there to help your customers in times like these!! No, it’s not your fault I ran over a bolt, but those loose nails, bolts, sharp objects, etc. on our roads, is why you have a job!!! SO…no, I will not be doing business with you if I’m going to get this line of service!! My thoughts are…if you’re going to do this once what will you do next time, if there was a next time!!! You knew I was coming in, how you thot I was going to put this tire on by myself beats the hell outta me!!! If you’re going to work in this line of business you will go out of your way to make sure your customers are pleased with EVERYTHING!! Have a nice day!!!

Went to get a tire alignment and balance, after I left my car felt a little off leaving the area, had to go to another shop for them to check and the alignment was done poorly

Have spent alot of money on tires for multiple vehicles we have had over the years. We needed tires rotated and went in to ask when we could get it done. Response was very rude and short. I guess since they knew there would be no money involved they didn't want to bother. We have the warranty to have rotation in with purchase of the tires. It's perfectly understandable that they may not have any immediate openings. But a "hello how can I help you" would have been sufficient instead of "not today". Customer service and kindness goes along way. So that's my last trip in there. This is not the first or second time. This guy needs some serious training in customer service. He clearly must not like dealing with the public. Going elsewhere to spend $1200 on new tires the next time.

I just want to take a moment to recognize the assistant manager of this store, Remington Hall, for going the extra mile and taking such excellent care of my husband today when he came in to get the tire patched on his work van. SUPER nice guy. Will patronize this business in the future.
