My name is Russell Clark heres what I think of what the salesman Erik Biorck did for me.
I walked in the morning of 6-13-2024 looking for a new bed and was expecting the normal run around sales gives ya . It didn't happen Erik greeted us with smile on his face welcoming us to the store and if could help us in anyway . We of coarse said yes an he proceded to explain to us the differences in all the beds then ask if we had in mind what we were looking for. We told him an he took us to a set of beds for us to lay down on and asked questions on what we thought , so then he took us to another set an asked and asked again. We thought that was a better fit for usan I had just gone thru open heart surgery. He had explained alot of things to us we didn't know. I decide right then an there we were going to purchace that set right then an there.. We could not asked for a better salesman that had the knowledge that he had , the comfortability he gave us. The store was absolutely clean . We did all paperwork an I paid for it. I'm not a person to buy on spot, I believe in great sales bring more business . He is a goldmine of person. If more buseness's had a salesman like him they would sell more......Thank you Erik you are a gem to work with an I will diefinately send buseness your way. Russell Clark.

My Mother and I visited SleepZone after calling and speaking with Erik. He was very kind and made us feel comfortable, so we chose to visit the store. My mother is 86 and was very fearful in making such a purchase, but she knew she needed an adjustable bed in order to be more comfortable. Erik was so patient and helpful and helped my Mom find the perfect bed. She is very happy with her bed and her excellent experience with Erik in Kingsport! I'd give it 5 stars!!!

Perfect mattress! Todd W. helped us choose the right mattress for us. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He did not pressure us at all. The store has a very comfortable atmosphere to shop in. Delivery was just a couple days later and the delivery team arrived as scheduled. They were very courteous. Will definitely recommend this store to others!

We went in to the Kingsport store this morning just to look around and see what they had. We had been having trouble sleeping waking up stiff and sore. Walked in the store and the manager Todd greeted us and showed us some options with what we were looking for in mind . We ended up going up a size to a queen. It was even delivered the same day. The guys were very courteous and friendly. We are very happy and looking forward to many years of restful sleep!

My husband and I bought a mattress from Eric today. He was very knowledgeable and patient with us. He listened to what we needed and helped us choose the best bed for us. My husband and I both have back pain and were in desperate need of a new mattress. He took his time with us asking us questions and answering any questions we had. One of the best experiences buying furniture ever! Todd was knowledgeable, friendly and helped us to choose the best mattress/adjustable bed frame for our needs. Todd was a pleasure to work with and deal with in answering all of our questions honestly! My husband and I purchased a Sealy High Point soft mattress today. Erik Biorck was very kind and knowledgeable regarding the different mattresses sold by their store. We made two different trips to try and make sure on our purchase and Erik helped us every time without hesitation. By far the best store I have been to looking for a bed. The employee was very kind and friendly didn't give us the run around 10 out 10 recommended plus they had a little play around to keep our child attention so we could shop.
