I honestly had a great experience with this storage facility. As a college student, it’s difficult to find affordable storage units that are clean and well taken care of. It is easy to use, easy to get a unit, and easy to get in contact with staff. Would 10/10 recommend this to a friend!

Nice place and good people. We have had several storage units over the years, but this is the one we will use from now on as long as we're in this area. We choose Gray Storage because it was convenient, clean and the owner was very nice to work with. Having the kiosk available to add a unit, even when its late in the evening or really early in the morning was a nice option too.

"Tenant upon moving out was not vacated by the end of the month and so we made an exception and let her stay 2 more weeks and that caused the gate to not operate as it became delinquent after full payment was not received . Tenant came back later in the month to move out and full months rent was then due so gate did its job and prevented the access middle of the following month. It always causes issues when the policy of the system is not followed. Thanks Kevin"Response to owner, you forgot to mention I tried moving out the previous month but apparently we had to give a "2 week notice" we knew nothing about that. We tried moving out the first week of the next month but the gate was locked and there was a lock on our unit because we tried moving out the previous month. Also, owner called me about this review 3 months after I closed my account with them.

Spoke with the owner Kevin today about storage for a boat. He was very accommodating and understanding of the storage we needed and offered a few different options.Great place to store your goods and both Kevin and the call center were very helpful!

I gave it 1 star because I couldn't give it 0...Customer service is not only non-existent, it's combative and full of lies when they do make any response. We've not been renting long and don't get bills and we overlooked it and we were late...our bad. As soon as we receive an email advising an "over lock" has been placed on the unit, we immediately paid the bill. 3 days later we went to get something out of the unit and saw the red "over lock" on our unit. We called and left a message. It was a Sunday so we didn't expect much. We called again early Monday to get some clarification and left several messages with representatives at the "sales and service headquarters" in OHIO...they lied repeatedly about the situation but said someone would get back to us. After several hours and another 2 calls and messages, I left a review on FB and got a reply in minutes...It was very combative and not customer service friendly at all. It was all our fault for being late. Not only did this person try to fight this on FB and still never called us, but then sent text messages to us lying about having "video evidence" of us paying the bill that Sunday at the kiosk....which never happened. We paid it the previous Thursday on-line. Then we were told we were being evicted due to being rude to the "help center" and "threatening to remove the lock myself"...and were told you have notified the police....Seriously? Yeah, i asked if I needed to take the lock off myself if no one would call me back or actually take the lock off...Do your job....pick up the phone....No one would return the call and when you finally did, you wouldn't answer when the lock would be removed, In addition, the business sent a text message of a picture of his computer showing the names and amounts of others in the complex who had an "over lock" placed on their unit, but the kicker is, our name showed we owed $0...all others were still showing past due.... This folks, is what you would be dealing with for overlooking a bill that you don't get billed for....No concern for customer satisfaction. Flat out Horrible people.
