I had a storage room for a few months that held half of my 2bdrm apt. I swore the rest of my belongings were going to fit. On a Sunday I found out that was not the case and I was able to get another room on short notice no hassle.That was awesome. I love 10 federal storage.

Stop raising the rates for current tenants. If I wanted to be petty I could cancel my tenancy with you guys when you increase the rates after the end of the lease and move to a unit the exact same size at the exact same building but get the introductory rate for another year. There’s never anyone staffed at the location so if you have any issues you have to open the customer service number is working and pray they can help you remotely

I stored my RV up here for a little more than a month and the place was very clean other than some broken glass in my lot when I got there but really it wasn't bad and didn't have any effect on the use of the slot. My gate code ALWAYS worked everytime and anytime I showed up, 24hour access always worked great. Some people aren't complaining about the gate key pad inside being in bad shape well that one got replaced in the last week or so because on 7-13 when I was there I saw it had a new one so you can ignore the older comments about having problems entering their gate code to leave they fixed it and I too used the pad like most when it was in bad shape and it worked you just had to use your head a little, dial pad is in the same orentation as it is on a phone, I laughed at the people that let something like that cause them so much frustration, I don't know how they get by in life LOL. I did call once I sapped vehicles out to make sure that wouldn't be a problem and the lady that answered the phone was super nice.The one thing I would complain about is when I called to set this up I really didn't expect so many questions, insurance policy# and all that but the lady that I spoke with then was understand and waited while I dug all that out without being rude or rushing me so I'll give 5 stars, I paid $90something a month for my spot for some piece of mind that it wouldn't be messed with and I got what I paid for so thank you so much, the price was plenty fair enough and I really liked the location of the place and how secure it was. Thanks for taking that off my mind, I'm sure my other truck I left up there will be just fine when I come to get it before the month is out.Parking lot is a good size access to the large RV slots is super easy to get in and get out, the gate stays open long enough to get through as well, can't really complain about this place, money well spent!
