10 month update. Wish I could give less stars. Regret not giving 2 before because I can't post a worse review now. Literally if I didn't need internet I wouldn't be here. I can't stand a single thing about this service. They are absolute garbage. The employees arent much better. You could throw a 5 year old in there and they'd do about the same quality job. Every minute of dealing with customer service inches me closer to the sweet embrace of death by repeatedly driving my head into a concrete wall.

Went to Spectrum last night. Over the past few days I have spoken with different customer service over the phone, one more useless than the next. So glad I went to the store, James was extremely helpful and actually helped.

James and Tyler went above and beyond to help me get service connected to my new home. I had a unique situation that required a bit of work on their part. James was very professional and even though it was a bit of work for him, he never got frustrated and was apologetic for the wait. Tyler was also very helpful to James. It was nice to see teamwork and I appreciated the conversation with Tyler as I waited. Both are an asset to Spectrum and deserve a raise!

Super helpful associates!! They covered all of our options without trying to force-feed the most expensive packages. Zero pressure. They just presented our options and let us make all the choices. Great customer service!!

Matt & Tyler were quick & efficient getting us switched to Spectrum phone! Saved us a ton of $ even w new phones! I highly recommend them!

This is my first ever Google review. I would give Charter 0 stars if I could. I have never felt such distain for a company in my entire lifetime. The only thing worse than their cable service is the care that they show for their customers who are paying outrageous prices for their horrible service. If you want quality cable service for your elderly parents to keep them company during the day, run far, far away from Charter. They absolutely do not care about their customers or their service.

I can't wait until we have other options in this area . CS rep told me since my internet wasnt working at 0mbs that means it wasn't the service it was the speed. I told her I had no service and she wanted to argue it was still the speed not service. I said well I I'm needing the speed I'm paying for and she offered me a tech to come out. In 2023 people aren't stupid 0mbs means no service. Horrible company who thinks they own you because there isn't any other options

So i haven't been to this lovely store yet and by reading the comments, when i do come down there, I hope the rude cuck with the slightly higher than minimum wage but still poverty level wage job waits on me. Very refreshing to know this. The management must be worthless for letting this continuously happen by the same person. The copy and paste reply to the negative reviews are the best though, "sorry to hear about your bad experience blah blah blah come hunt us down on our other socials". Yea this is going to be good.

Spectrum in general was a BIG toothache to work with. HOURS on the phone to finally have to go into store. 2 assistants, line out the door! Finally got my equipment and took home. Installed on 2 tvs. And i told them the one tv i was watching was an old tv. So when i got home it was not compatible. This is 24 hours later and still having trouble receiving on one tv. Totally did not care about my cares. Only wanted to sell. All together 5 spectrum employees.WORST experience with a company ever! Only getting it for mom 80 years old. I will be reserching a more suitable product. Firestick, roku etc. NOT HAPPY

Thank you for making life easy with my cell service. Haven't had any issues at all. Travel and it still works no roaming.if call for support always a positive experience and can understand who is speaking with me.

I am very pleased with how they have handled my needs I couldn't be more happy with the switch to spectrum much better than the "can you hear me now people" I have traveled with this phone and have yet to have dropped calls or roaming .so happy with this service and the people in the store are amazing
