This review is based upon my past two visits at Sally beauty supply, I was beyond pleased. Morgan and Maddie are both very knowledgeable of the products and more than willing to help. I honestly could've stood there and talked all day. These are some really great people working at the store. Thank you Sally's beauty supply.

employees are nice but they recommended Ion emerald hair dye and i do not recommend at all, I tried twice and its just not very good hair dye

Morgin is one amazing woman!! I asked her to look at my roots and asked what her opinion was on my natural hair color and she took a look and knew instantly the color I needed to go back. It’s a perfect match. Give this woman a raise! I cannot thank you enough!!!

The employees are always so friendly and helpful. The manager is absolutely awesome helping me pick the products I needed . Highly recommended.

Tricia and Rhonda were absolutely great! I felt right at home walking in the door. I am so indecisive and both the ladies helped me for what seemed like 20 hours... they had a smile on their face the whole time even when I was getting on my own nerves!!! Google don't have enough stars to leave for the whole Kingsport Store!

The absolute worst Sally’s you will ever go to. The manager is never on duty so best of luck with the ditzy little girls that are running the cash registers. Sad when you can’t do basic math and calculate what people are owed back. I would rather go to an actual beauty supply store than this shack. Also it smells like drugs inside. Even the little girl who was working there was smoking outside when I left. Do not go here you will regret it. Be it the insipid cashiers or the drug using workers hanging outside.

I am gonna start off by saying that I had a rough morning the day I came in. I went in after I had lunch wit my grandbaby to get her hair coloring. The young woman working name maddie was super nice and helpful. she even told my granddaughter what kind of coloring she need for her hair. I will be comin back and gonna even get me some hair color too. I never leave reviews but i did this time because she made my day.

Visited this store because I had over processed my hair. Morgan was the absolute BEST!!!! He helped me get the products I needed to help bring my hair back to life. He is such an asset to this store! I will be coming back in to see him if I need any further help with products.

I think it's ridiculous that you can't exchange unopened hair extensions for a different color. That stuff is too expensive do fyi. Make sure you get exactly what u need and no more because even though they are keeping the $ they won't let you trade for even a different shade of extensions. Do yourself a favor and order on Amazon or a different place that allows exchanges.
