6 Stars....had a hard drive + Windows 10 installed in 90 minutes...My teeth fell out when hit with the bill...it was at least $40 cheaper than I expected....They've got my business...

Had 2 broken screens on my laptops. Fixed them quickly, price was decent and I'm going back again 6 months later for a new problem I am having. Would suggest they dont smoke in their shop though, was rather overpowering.

Had a computer problem and was unsure where to go and have it fixed. After a short search i took a friends advice and went in to oec in kingsport. A pleasant crew and good advice , super happy wiith the service and prices i received. I know where im going for my computer needs from now on.

Took my computer there for a simple fix. They said it was gonna be finish in 2 days. 7 days later I called them and they said it was finished. I hooked my computer up and I still had the same problem. $100 down the drain.
