The owner was amazing, very helpful, very friendly, you can absolutely tell he LOVES music and musicians, the store was really well stocked too! And he has really old rolls for an auto-player piano! Such a cool store, absolutely loved it.

I was playing a Suzuki piano i thought sounded cool, it had a bunch of different sounds I've never heard before, so I was playing a few different songs with different sounds. My impatient friend said come on a few times and I said hang on ( I wanted to hear all that this piano had to offer.) I was playing one last song when a white haired worker with glasses came up to me and said, "Okay you have to go. She has told you six times to come on that's ridiculous". I thought he might have thought I was a child or something, so I said, " She's not my mom or anything." She was actually watching my son and giving me a little break because I'm a single dad and don't have that much time to do stuff. Then he said, " I don't care. She has asked you six times to come on and you have been sitting here annoying me for thirty minutes." I apologized and said, "I didn't mean to annoy you or anything." I started to explain how she's my friend, that she doesn't really listen to me usually, and how I don't have that much time to come and play on these beautiful pianos. He cut me off in the middle of that and said, " I don't care, leave my store." I apologized and left the store feeling like a scolded child. I was talking to my friend about it outside near the store when a teenage girl walked in and out saying, " That was weird, he just yelled at me to leave." I wasn't In the store at the time, so I don't know what exactly happend with her. So I walked back in with my friend and asked him, " Are you okay? Are you having a bad day or something?" Then he said, " No, I'm having a great day!" So I asked, " how was I annoying him for thirty minutes?" Then he told me, " I was just playing with the piano and that I was bothering some girls that were in there with it" there were some girls in there at one point, but they seemed unbothered by what I was playing and were going about their business. I don't claim to be mozart or anything close, but i was playing actual songs and wasnt just playing random notes( i could see how that would be irritating). I've been practicing for a few years with the help of youtube and was just starting to get over some pretty intense stage fright, with a few words from him he just completly crushed any feeling of progress i thought i made in playing the piano and in front of people. This happend on Oct 15th at around 5 O'clock if the owner would like to confirm my story or if that man was the owner please watch the footage from any cameras you might have in the store to reflect on how that wasnt really appropriate behavior for someone who works in a music store. I really like all the products in the store and I've really been wanting to be able to buy one of their beautiful pianos. Now I feel scared just to walk in there to play.

The gentleman who sold us my son's trombone was a sweetheart. Very helpful kind and patient. They do payment plans and my children loved trying out some of the other instruments.

Hung out for a few minutes, got some strange looks but no customer service. I guess they thought we was just browsing. Had to buy my kids stuff for band at a different place.

Very awful, came in from out of state and couldn't have been more dissatisfied with customer service. Walked in and with the first 2 minutes was asked to hurry up and leave because they were moving boxed items. Would definitely give 0 stars if I could.

Really helpful staff and they have probably doubled their stringed instrument stock. We went in just pre-browsing real pianos for purchase later. Turns out it's being delivered tomorrow!
