“This is a nice place to store things and I feel comfortable that my unit is secure. Unauthorized people are not able to get inside because you are given a unique code to access the building once you rent a unit. You must bring your own lock for the unit. This is climate controlled storage. There are trolleys available to use to move your things and there are also restrooms available. Office staff is there during the day as well and the place is always clean. There are cameras inside, but it would be nice if they had a few more to cover every hallway, however, we have had our unit for over a year and have not had any issues. Whenever I call I don’t have any trouble speaking to a live representative and they are always so helpful.”
“I love the transportation vans, it was very nice and very clean, my drivers name was Rosemary and she was super nice and helpful to open the doors for us on the vehicle and at the doctors offices!!! She was also an excellent driver!!”
