“Got cell service thru them. It's ok but I think with Metro by T-Mobile you get more GB of unlimited before they start to slow you down than you get with Cricket but that's just me and my opinion”

They will save you money and they are professional but they also care about their customers. I am very happy with my service. Which I have had no problems of any kind but owning my own business nothing is 100 percent correct all the time. There is only one person that is. Even though I have had no issues of any kind if somebody was to have one for whatever reason I know they would do all they could do for you as I would. Go see these guys and let them know I sent you. “I had a very pleasurable experience with Kristy at the kingsport version store.. i bought a new phone friday night. She stayed late trying to switch data from one phone to the other bc i was changing numbers. i ended up doing it at home. come to find out i wasn't gonna be able to use the new phone bc of a couple apps tied to my investment business wouldn't work (mostly due to the tiktok situation) .. i returned the phone saturday morning and dealt with kristy and even though she was loosing a sale, she was very polite, she was very helpful and smiled the entire time..she doesn't know what kind of impact that had and how much i'll spread my experience i had dealing with her..
