So I pulled in after midnight just as my tire was going completely flat. Went inside to get a can of fix-a-flat, that cost a ridiculous amount, $20! The guy ringing me up was very polite and even joked around about the high price of it. Went outside to use it and it exploded versus going in the tire as it's supposed to. Within this 5min window the guy that had checked me out had left. I had my receipt to show that I purchased it not 10mins ago, and the can to show what had happened. Now for whatever reason the new guy that came onto shift says he can't exchange it or refund me the money. I really just want what I paid for and it work as you would expect it to. He calls (or at least acts like he did) the manager to get it ok'd to exchange it. But says he doesn't answer so there's nothing he can do. Seriously dude?!? I'm stranded in your parking lot with a flat tire after midnight and I just bought a ridiculously over priced item to have a simple fix to my problem but for whatever reason you can't swap out something that you sold me that was faulty not even 10mins ago...???? What a way to run a business and show your customers appreciation... ? bravo bravo ? guess for now on I won't only be sure to stay clear of this location but all Mobil stations if that is their corporate guidelines on how to deal with their customers and complete lack of customer appreciation.

Stopped in to use the bathroom, they were pretty clean and the guy working at the counter was accommodating.

The parking lot and fueling area are well lighted at night. Bathrooms were clean. It's our place to fill up when traveling through.
