Great prices compared to other gas stations in area

I went into the store and used my debit card to buy 15 dollars worth of gas. Got back to the pump, and it wouldn’t start. Went in( I had my receipt) and the cashier implied that I had already pumped 10 dollars worth.(this was the last person I suppose). Wanted to run my card again. I refused. They said that I would just have to wait until it credited back to my card. Hasn’t happened yet, and I really don’t expect it to. Horrible customer service. Manager was no help at all.

I recently visited the Exxon gas station in Kingsport, TN and I have to say, it was a good experience. The store was clean and well-maintained, which made for a pleasant shopping experience.
The selection of products was limited, but there were some good options available for snacks and drinks. The prices were a bit higher than other stores in the area, but this is to be expected for a gas station.
On the positive side, the staff were friendly and helpful. They were able to assist with any questions I had and provided excellent service.
On the downside, the checkout process could be a bit slow during peak hours. However, the well-maintained store and friendly service more than made up for this minor inconvenience.
Overall, if you're looking for a gas station with a clean store and friendly service, the Exxon gas station in Kingsport, TN is definitely worth checking out. While the selection of products is limited, the prices are reasonable and the staff are helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this gas station to anyone in need of a quick snack or drink while on the go.

Wednesday, July 5-2023 11:25pm closed and employee sitting outside smoking a cigarette on a trashcan that's sitting in front of the door. I thought this place was open 24 hours
