Metro by t mobile is the best phone service I have ever had,10/10 will be back. The manager there sam was very helpful "after our awful service at the east stone drive metro"he helped me and my wife with 3 new phones and it was super fast and affordable by far the best phone store experience I have ever had. I WILL BE GOING TO THAT STORE FROM NOW ON!!!

If I could give zero stars, I would. Completely ridiculous.. HORRIBLE service. I purchased a phone from Metro and ported my number in from Verizon, I got a relatively cheap phone so I wasn't expecting lightning speed but I at least need it to not freeze up every 5 minutes. So I went back to Metro the VERY NEXT DAY with my receipt and everything that came with the phone. The phone was brand new and in the same condition when I brought it back. All I wanted was to exchange the phone for something a little better, even the same brand of phone was fine if it had a faster processing system. I was told that I could not exchange my phone at all, I called customer care when in the store and they have told me REPEATEDLY that as long as it has not been 14 days I can exchange the phone but the store would not do it. Also my number transfer was done incorrectly and my number was stuck in between Verizon and Metro, I had to call Metro and cancel the port request and now I have now service on the new phone at all. I doubt I can even get my money back, A WASTE OF MY FREAKING TIME.

I was there for an hour. The guy helping me had to call 2 separate people for help and still got nowhere. All i needed help with, was to upgrade to a new phone i purchased on ebay. Its a Metro PC phone. The guy told me I had to buy a new sim card and I would have to get a new phone # too. Then after all that he said the new phone I purchased was on another account and I could not use it at all until it was removed. I left so mad because thats not what I wanted to hear. So, I called Metro PC at 611 and they let me use my old sim card and transfered everything while I was on the phone. I did not have any of the issues I had at the store. Plus, for being a reliable customer the fee's were waved. I will never return to this store EVER again.
