If I could give zero stars I would this store is absolutely awful and I want the world to know about it dont bother going in take my word for it and shop elsewhere the store is filthy and the people that work here are rude and obnoxious not to mention they are always trying to scam their customers telling you things are free but in all reality charge you for it they add insurance to devices even when you tell them not too just so they can make more on there commission honestly so pathetic they do not honor returns even tho it's clearly stated on the receipt and if they do the return they refuse to give you your money back unless it's returned the same day but they don't tell you that why would they right . This store is absolutely awful and should be shut down just absolutely garbage all ways around shop literally anywhere else don't take my word for it just look at all the other reviews on how bad this company is ,actually so sad that they are aloud to be such scum on earth I promise you they do not care about their customers just there commission

Check out my review on Google reviews for Metro PCS on Market Street Johnston City TN. Too much to rewrite. Personally what happened to me now I Don't trust Johnathan at all. Only trust Rebecca to help with something wrong with your phone. If Rebecca is not there go to Kingsport Metro PCS. Emilie is Great in Kingsport just like Rebecca in Johnson City. Those 2 will take their time and fix your phone. Johnathan will only want to sell you a new phone that you shouldn't need.
