“We were met by Erik, the sales manager, who is an extremely friendly guy. He worked patiently with us, allowing us to experience the mattress we were looking at, helping us understand the pros and cons, answering all our questions. He is very knowledgeable of the particular mattress we were looking at, as well as the human body and how proper mattresses can ease lots of physical problems enabling good sleep. And what is perhaps the most impressive is that there was no high pressure sales being applied. Just information given and then leaving us to our decision. The store itself is quite attractive, laid out in a fashion that makes it easy to navigate. I hope this is my last mattress, but if it isn't, I will definitely go back to this store.”
