I walked in the morning of 6-13-2024 looking for a new bed and was expecting the normal run around sales gives ya . It didn't happen Erik greeted us with smile on his face welcoming us to the store and if could help us in anyway . We of coarse said yes an he proceded to explain to us the differences in all the beds then ask if we had in mind what we were looking for. We told him an he took us to a set of beds for us to lay down on and asked questions on what we thought , so then he took us to another set an asked and asked again. We thought that was a better fit for usan I had just gone thru open heart surgery. He had explained alot of things to us we didn't know. I decide right then an there we were going to purchace that set right then an there.. We could not asked for a better salesman that had the knowledge that he had , the comfortability he gave us. The store was absolutely clean . We did all paperwork an I paid for it. I'm not a person to buy on spot, I believe in great sales bring more business . He is a goldmine of person.
