Marcus tax has done my grandson's taxes for the past 3 years. He is a full time student at Tennessee Tech and also holds a full time job. He has to email me some of his paperwork and I take what has been mailed to Libby. This has never been a problem the past years but today it was a problem for Libby. I was told by her knowing that he'sa full time student and works a full time job that I do too much for my grandson and that he needs to bring all of his tax papers at the same time. When I told her once again that he is not in Kingsport due to school and work she told me that's not her problem. Libby is one very rude lady that has no business dealing with the public.

I had been going to let Libby do my taxes since I got my first job when I was 17. I always thought she would do a good job and do it right. As I work and are in college I am very busy with little time to spare or ask of for at work. The last two years I have dropped them off to have them completed and both times I have had receipts or documents I turned in either not counted for or lost. This year she did not count any of my schools purchases on my taxes. I am a music major and as such I need to buy items for my instrument so I can perform music correctly. Things like oil and grease to keep things moving that need to move, song books, mutes that some pieces of music call to be used, and many other things that are not actually books but are required for me to have in my studies and profession!!!!!! She did not count any of these receipts because they were not books! She marked that I did not have a 1098-T even though I turned in the form to her so my tuition I paid was not accounted for. She didn't mark I was claiming financial hardship for being uninsured. I asked to speak with her and they said I couldn't because she was busy with someone and I said I would wait but the secretary said I could not and would have to make an appointment. I was the only one in the office at the time besides the people Libby was seeing.
