Like the order ahead feature. Used the inside locker to pick up my order. It was quick and easy. One note is bring your own bag as they don't put your order in a bag. Just walking out of the store with my one item made me feel like I was shoplifting.

Always get great service when I come to lows but I just want to point out how friendly and helpful pawpaw Ronnie was. Instantly greeted us when we came into the outdoor area and was quickly able to show us what we were looking for. 10 out of 10 customer service coming from Ronnie!

So, the other night, I was working on a small plumbing project. My boss was out of town. When he's out of town and I have to make a purchase, he pays with his credit card over the phone. We have been doing this for at least 7 or more years at this store without any issues. But the other night, I needed a $27 toilet rebuild kit. When I tried to pay with a credit card over the phone, Mitch (night manager) refused to let us pay with a credit card over the phone. He said they have never done that before and will never do it now. When I explained to Mitch that we have always done this with no issues, he said : no, you haven't. We don't take credit card payments over the phone because there's no way to verify the person on the phone... every time I go to this store, I always have issues.... go to Home Depot

lied to multiple times. Ordered a dish washer that we were told was in stock, only to get ready to load it and be told it's not there! Fine, dealt with that, the store manager told us it would be ready for pick up on Tuesday, well today is Tuesday and we go to pick it up...and guess what!! They changed the pick up date, we left a number if anything was to happen but now it's pushed out to the 29th. There is absolutely no communication with the shoppers at this store. It's just bad business.

Does Lowes choose their dumbest employees to fill pick-up orders or something? Countless times I’ve gone to pick up an order, they say they couldn’t fill the order because they were out of certain items. I’ll check online, says they are in stock, so I go check myself and always find it. Do better, Lowes employees. Your job is not that hard.Update: once again I’m handed an online order that is missing items and now I’m 25 mins away from the nearest Lowes. Probably going to stop placing online orders at all. In the amount of time I have to stand in front of the pickup area waiting for someone to help me after I’ve checked in, then check the order to make sure it’s actually right, I could go get all the material myself and be out of there faster and with the RIGHT material. Again, your job is not hard but your incompetence has made my difficult job that much harder and is wasting my time and money to correct YOUR mistake. It’s unacceptable.
