Too bad Dr Johnson is retiring and selling the hospital. New Vets replacing him are only weeks on the job. Dr Johnson has forgotten more than the new Vets will ever know. ie Dr Hobbs. Traumatizing your pet from poor and unprofessional services is NOT acceptable practices. Relentless up selling and pushing expensive services is the only way for new inexperienced Vets to make their quotas. Heidi and Sue, front end help are truly experienced, professional and very helpful in navigating through these new inexperienced Vets. Improper blood withdrawal and nail trimming should be Veterinary 101 but these new Vets, not newly hired, but just out of school are inexperienced and rates highest in the Tri cities area is unacceptable ! Then questioning these poor methods, Off. Mgr., Denise, informed me that I was not welcome anymore. Good riddance ! Over priced meds and services are not only the short comings of the new staff and management. Attitude and derogatory remarks from staff techs is also unacceptable! After clipping toenails too short, making them bleed, then dipping the nail into the whole jar, not the lid, contaminating the entire jar, allowing future improper clipping pets to possible contamination and disease spread was another unacceptable and unprofessional practice. If that's not bad enough, Vet tech, Brittany P, stated" Well at least he has All his toes left!" That comment should be grounds for dismissal and a complaint to the Board. Also charged $19 to traumatize my small Yorkie mix. Finally, If you love your pet, Be Aware !!

I can not say enough about the staff who holds the fort down in the front, while the vets and their techs holds us together in the back. Their jobs are not easy, and they all work long hours, and are exhausted at the end of the day. In spite of everything they handle from day to day, I have always been greeted with a smile. This staff has grieved with me and laughed with me. And I know for sure when I leave from there, my babies have received the best of the best of care!!! Why go anywhere else Charlie's Mom 12/30/2022

These were seriously the best people around. We have had doubts with vets around here so it was seriously a blessing to find this place. Dr. Kiser was so sweet, understanding and caring. Her and the vet tech/assistant, Jamee, did everything they could for our sweet cat and gave us multiple avenues to help our baby. We unfortunately had to put our cat down and they were so compassionate and sympathetic during our difficult time. Did not try to up sell us, but let us know about the options anyways in an informative manner considerate of the situation, overall they were respectful. Thank you for you help in this difficult time! My husband and I highly recommend this vet!

This was my first visit. I was very impressed with how quickly my dog was seen and the compassion shown to our fur~baby. The vet and his assistant was very gentle and understanding. The vet took time with us and he was informative and patient.
