Great selection, nice store, clean. Out of certain alcohol a lot of the time and the guy that works the counter isn't personable and isn't nice. Never had a problem, just the atmosphere and that person. I wouldn't recommend, will be going elsewhere.

I usually fine something new each time I go there. They are also so nice and patient while I ask a million questions too.

Jolly Time Too (formerly known as Discount package store) is under new ownership! We have all your wine, liquor, and beer needs. We serve the Kingsport area and are located at 2716 N John B Dennis Hwy directly across from the Pit Stop and right beside the Hot Dog Hut.
