“I should give five but they refused my trailer because it hade some little flies inside and I have to have it washed about 13miles you guys if this would not be a lesson for you to check with your trailer, it’s fine you never know you might be sent to get it washed if you re lucky enough to. Other than that they cool! Make sure you have enough load locks to support your load. Thanks.”

“I have taken multiple items for repair and they have done great work. One piece in particular warranted this review. The Diamond Exchange went above and beyond in customer service and skill.
An error occurred with one of my repairs. It was an honest, human oversight. I thought the piece was compromised. This was not a super valuable piece- it was special and had sentimental meaning to me. Without hesitation they offered and took full responsibility. When I picked up the repaired piece for the second time- I was amazed. The amount of effort, labor and craftsmanship that they executed to correct the issue was incredible. Without extra charge to me. They restored my piece with the upmost of care and skill. It turned out beautiful. I am so impressed with this level of customer service and integrity. I will always patronize this business and recommend them highly.
