SCAM ARTISTS! She took my hard earned money to file my taxes and they were never filed. Now I owe the IRS even more than I previously did. And I can’t get in touch with Frida or her team to get to the bottom of this.

My boyfriend payed her to file his taxes and she NEVER FILED THEM!!! The IRS sent him a letter saying he owed money that he had paid while filing via cashier check. Turns out they never received them. We can’t get in touch with her and when we showed up they were closed. Do not trust this woman ( Frida) with anything important.

I have a Virginia tax that I need to file also and it says that they can't file that form. I do not know why?? I need to file my Tennessee income tax and Virginia income tax.. I need someone there who can help me with this. I've never had an issue before so why now??Please respond..Thanks!
