I love Ingles! The store is always very well-lit, extremely clean, well-stocked, and the associated are always super friendly and conversant. We've been to all the competition around town, and Ingles wins, hands down.

The bakery guy went out of his way to help me with out me asking at 8am in the morning, wish I caught his name but he didn't have to go out his way for me but he did, I thought he deserved recognition.

If you want to find good quality produce and meats this is the place, they also have exquisite cheeses. There is also a organic section but a lot of grocery stores don't have.

The deli department is an absolute joke, the people are always rude and they move at a glacial pace. They also seem to ignore you once you walk up.

Clean store with easy to find items. Unfortunately they use silly loyalty cards so they can mail you in order to get sale prices. Being from out of state it is not worth the effort to get the card so I did not get sale prices. These cards alienate customers and I don't normally go to stores that require them.

This store was a quick stop for everything and service as well as quality of food was superior UNTIL 2022- I began to notice the demeanor and attitudes of employees changing as they no longer try to help customers. The language I've encountered is truly unacceptable in a public work environment, graphic GRAPHIC and this talking with customers! The end of doing business here came when we noticed they've joined the bud-target brigade by changing lights at checkout to proudly display their alphabet support. Service- horrible Food- EXPIRED or less than 36 hours from such, with no discount What they now have chosen to stand for.

There was a young man very enthusiastic and helpful. I believe his name was Jr. He went out of his way to help me find what I was looking for and ask me how my day was. The world needs more people like him
