“Hotel staff very friendly. Location is close to I-81 with food, gas, and other necessities also close by. No issues with parking. Room was clean and smelled fresh. No stains on bed sheets which is a plus. AC/heat worked well. TV worked fine. They are also pet friendly and didn't charge any pet fees for my cat. THE ONLY issue I have is when someone steps outside to smoke, the smoke goes straight into your room through the AC vent. If they made a designated smoking area away from the rooms I would have zero complaints about this place. Other than that, would I stay here again? Absolutely.Food & drinks: Arby's is within walking distance.”

“Had the pleasure of staying in a suite at thib5s quaint hotSo el. We were taken care of at the front desk by Michelle, who was super helpful and sweet! Although we had a small issue when first checking in, it was taken care of quickly and efficiently by the front desk staff! I would also like to mention that the cleaning staff were amazing as well! Tina in particular helped me grab some fresh towels and other items for the room, and was so polite and helpful. Overall our stay was quiet and relaxing, just what we needed! We will most definitely be back! ❤️??Rooms: Rooms were up to date and the beds were comfortable!Noteworthy details: Staff were all so friendly and helpful!!”

“The stay was good. My only tiny complaint is that we left our car there and the shuttle took us to the airport. When we got back I tried for 45 minutes to get the hotel so they could come pick us back up and bring us to the car, however they never answered. I ended up getting an Uber. When I sent into the hotel to find out what happened the front desk clerk had not turned the phone off from her last phone call. I know for a fact it was off at least an hour. Not a big deal but something that shouldn't have happened.”

“Very spacious and comfortable rooms and quite reasonably priced. The complimentary breakfast had a good variety of options and was delicious.Rooms: Rooms were nicely cleaned and had amenities such as a mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. There was a small sitting area with a couch and second TV screen and they also had adjustable reading lights beside the beds.”
