I am homeless they say they are there too help the homeless wrong they are suppose too give 1 outfit a month well if you are on the street you have no where too wash 1 outfit a month plus they are suppose too give shoes 1 time a month I borrowed my mom's shoes and they wouldn't give me shoes cuz of what my mom's shoes looked like shame on you I got 1 shirt and 1 pair of leggings cuz I couldn't find jeans and prefer leggings some of the staff is rude I really needed boots as I walk the streets daily and can barely afford 1 meal a day and have trouble getting around cuz I have stomach problems I also seen a man in there they also refused him shoes with his outfit I understand 1 coat a summer but not giving 1 pair of shoes is bad and the shoes has too be under 6 dollars there is nothing wearable in there for there I took my last 7 dollars I had for food too buy leggings and a shirt I shouldn't have had too buy cuz 1 outfit is insane the salvation army does better then that please do not donate clothes too this place there policy is unfair i have also told All my friends and family not to donate I am posting what my shoes look like this is why I had too borrow my mother's

They were looking up the prices on EBay for everything I was trying to purchase.. Not only is that extremely rude, but if I wanted to pay EBay prices, I’d shop on EBay. People come to thrift stores (mostly) because they can’t afford to pay for new items. I’ll never be back and I’ll tell me friends to never shop here.

I dropped in today to check on afew things an the prices they were asking on this kinda stuff is Reddick less and i had alot people say they gave the things an sold them things at a good deal but it's difficult than what it was before when they first opens up now it's so high that alot things i can see but some just ant worth it but i was told by seavel others this place is to post to help everyone when you are in need but not if that any ajole but i ask about something an it didn't have price so i ask they they toldean it wasn't worth what they said o can buy it new for that kinda price but just cause i don't take an buy it they sed like very rude after that so i turns around to leave an i was told they had said something about me not buying it so now I'm glad i didn't cause that's not nice an it's so wrong on Thor behalf to say stuff about Thor customers but this place is not what everyone thinks they are so watch what you but fr Thir cause it may be ripped or something song or already been on someone else's body cause you can smell feet next to the shower cause they haven't been cleand but they sell them anyway it's masty but they have became right down ride lately so o won't be back anyore unless they get rid of some workers an all new that knows how to price an be nice an show respect to customers they have be ce two face but his takes care of ugly people like this I'm just letting it roll out cause i don't care who likese an who does I'm me all the way i tell you how i see an think about it hones about whatever i have to tell or say to whom ever

I donated a lot of items to this store and the staff that came (4 times and had to go up steep stairs and outside loading van in the extreme heat) were very nice, respectful and thankful. Even one said they were blessed to receive shelves for the new store. Well I am the one blessed that I could help in some way and also save items from parent’s estate from going in landfill that I could not keep. Good for our earth also. Just a win win for all. Thanks again to the hard working friendly staff !!!
