2 years ago I gave Honda Kingsport 5 stars. Today, I wouldn’t give them a -5. Unfortunately, the least I can choose is one star.
I have purchased 4 cars from this dealership but I can say after my most recent experience with their service department, I will NEVER purchase another one there. I have never been so disrespected and talked down to in my life over a WARRANTY issue. There are plenty of other places to shop and they should remember that. I furnished video of the issue that clearly showed my iPhone cable wasn’t even plugged in and yet the tech continued to say the issue was my cable. When I suggested they actually watch the video I provided, it immediately changed to it had to be my phone. Funny thing is, my phone works perfectly fine in my Explorer, my daughter’s Hyundai, and ALL of my company vehicles so instead of trying to pass the buck- fix the problem but no. I’m picking up my car today and it still does not have a functional stereo or screen. It’s going to another Honda dealership and since it’s a problem posted about in several Honda forums online, it shouldn’t be that hard to fix IMO.
