Went in for an alignment after installing new control arms and hardware. After fiddling with it for a while, they come out and tell me they can't do the alignment and gave me a story about how my eccentric washers are installed upside down. I tell him I was sure they were oriented correctly. He assures me they're not because he's been doing alignments for 40 years. I believe him and take the car home to flip them around, only to discover most of them are ROUNDED OUT AND RUINED! Now I'm skeptical about this 40 years nonsense, so I drive to Johnson City where a dealer has my exact car for sale and I checked underneath. Guess what? I had them correct the first time! Cost me $80 for a new set (parts only), which they took NO accountability for. Needless to say I replaced the damaged parts and took it somewhere else to get aligned. The other guys managed to do the job without breaking anything. At least Hayworth didn't charge me for the visit and it was an easy fix for me, otherwise it'd be one ⭐ instead of 3. Still makes me wonder how many other boo-boos go unnoticed... "I've been doing alignments for 40 years" .. pfft. Blow it out your ear!

Hayworth did fine but I don't recommend Rough Country products. Have had a bad experience with them . Not satisfied with the lift.

Hayworth Tire & Auto was highly recommended by several of my friends. I went in today to have an issue with a Subaru Forester checked out and totally understand why they recommended them. They evaluated the issue and gave me an honest assessment when they could have easily attempted to sell me parts and a repair that wasn't required but they didn't. They definitely earned a new customer and I will also be referring others to them in the future.
