I've recently had a bad motorcycle wreck and will have to have surgery requiring my legs to be elevated. Judith was a wonderful help and had a rocker recliner for me within 5 minutes of entering the store. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes! Delivery to my door and I'll be in good shape for my recovery!

I went in looking for a king size mattress and box springs. I was cheerfully met by salesman Mike Rock upon entering the store. He helped me find the brand I was looking for in the budget I wanted to spend...smooth and efficient purchase. We did store pickup so I couldn't give you information on delivery service.

We got a good deal on an electric reclining love seat that was on clearance. Our salesperson was Heather. She was knowledgeable, professional and friendly, as was the gentleman who plugged the love seat up to make sure it was working properly.
The only downside was the delivery process. They will deliver it to your door for free, but that's it. It's up to you to get it inside and set up. For $150 (not including tax) they will bring it in and set your purchase up, and will set your old furniture outside. That's a little steep for what would have amounted to 10 extra minutes work in our case. In addition, we purchased this on a Monday morning and were told it would be Thursday before they could deliver it, which I thought was pretty slow considering this isn't a tiny company with very little resources. We wound up finding someone who could help me unload it and get it in the house, so I picked it up Monday afternoon in my truck, saving me $164.
