I’m very upset, I won an auction on the shop goodwill site for this location. It was for a 30lb box of legos and minifigures. In the photos there were distinct minifigures that were included that are quite valuable. When I received the package, most of the minifigures shown in the photos were removed before being shipped out to me. I know this is what must have happened because there were other very specific pieces in the box that were still there when I received it. Someone knowingly picked out all the valuable items in this lot and shipped the package to me. The lot was no longer worth what I paid for it and. Not only that but no one at the location will return my emails or phone calls. This was my first and last attempt at bidding on the shop goodwill website. Clearly you can’t trust people to send you what you paid for.

Easy drive up and unload. The young man who helped me unload was friendly and courteous. (This is a BIG improvement over pulling up and finding smokers who refused to even talk to you!)

Goodwill's business practices with pricing and overall treatment of customers at just about every location has gone to pot. Taking my business elsewhere.

I was going to leave a review for the New Tazewell location specifically, but they don't have reviews enabled (i wonder why). I routinely visit thrift stores and drop ridiculous chunks of change when I need retail therapy. I have gone to the New Tazewell Goodwill for years. Never, ever again. On my last three visits, I was told at checkout some version of 'hold on the manager is going to want to look at this, these are good brands.' So... I realize that if employees catch som

they price things way to high if I wanted to get things that high I'd shop at walmart. a mini mouse stuffed animal 10 dollars a mask 10 dollars. they have pricing guides stuffed animals are supposed to be .99 for small 1.49 for medium 1.99 for large they disregard the price guide we purchased a one piece pajama the price guide said 2.99 tried charging 3.99 then argued over and over again trying to tell us it was a robe when clearly it was not honestly they really dont help others that much goodwill is suppose to be for people that cant pay full price for things second hand stuff should not be full price like in a store such as walmart yeah they give jobs but we have see countless people come and go over time would not recommend also dont check things before putting out

Goodwill provides employment services to the community. When we buy cool stuff, it creates jobs and job training. That's good will for our community. Two thumbs up.

My mom works at the Goodwill on South Roan Street. She loves her job and values her customers. I was in her store and heard a customer talk very rude to my mom. I had to ask her if this was an everyday thing. She said No it's ok and told the lady she didn't appreciate her cussing her like she did. I really hope something can be done about this lady if u wanna call her that. Nooone should have to put up

We came in the Linden Dr. store on 5/31. It was very clean. There's a big selection of children's clothes, both boys and girls. There's a nice selection of sporting goods. Sarah, our cashier, was very friendly and helpful.

I am appalled that Goodwill would set up a donation truck in front of another LOCAL CHARITY'S thrift store! There are very few tenants in the VA-KY shopping center, one of which happens to be Red Barn. Red Barn funds the homeless shelter and helps the people of this community. Goodwill has a store a couple of miles up the road, in the highly populated Ridgeview shopping center. Yet, they requested to park their large donation truck in front of Red Barn. When I contacted the l

They have cheap prices, a wide and changing variety of merchandise, AND they help alot of people. I know, I'm one of those people. A disabled Veteran living with epilepsy. A job at Goodwill has been a blessing to my family.

i stop at local goodwill this morning . this lady & her little girl came in and asked if she could have a pair of shoes & a jacket for her child.the manager told that they could not give her anything.she was in tears by this time .she looked like she needed some shoes also .i felt sorry for her .the worst of it is they all stood around laughing at her .me & SEVERAL OTHER PEOPLE JUST WALKED OUT .U COULD NOT UNDERSTAND HOW COLD & HEARTLESS THEY WHERE . I TOOK HER TO SALVATION ARMY THEY NOT ONLY GAVE HER SHOES & A COAT FOR LITTLE GIRL THEY GAVE HER THE SAME FOR HERSELF. PLUS A VLAUCHER FOR FOOD.I THINK GOOD WILL SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN. PEOPLE GIVE THEM STUFF & THEY ARE GETTING RICH OFF OF IT . BUT DONT RELIZE WHERE IT CAME FROM.I WILL GIVE TO SALVATION ARMY FROM NOW ON.

Have worked for Goodwill almost 6 years now. Although I am uneasy with change, I must admit that all the changes they have made to our Richlands store in the past year have been wonderful! I also love shopping our other stores! Our customers are great as well, always bringing a smile to our faces.
