  Easy drive up and unload. The young man who helped me unload was friendly and courteous. (This is a BIG improvement over pulling up and finding smokers who refused to even talk to you!)

  Have worked for Goodwill almost 6 years now. Although I am uneasy with change, I must admit that all the changes they have made to our Richlands store in the past year have been wonderful! I also love shopping our other stores! Our customers are great as well, always bringing a smile to our faces. �
