This Goodwill used to be great, but it has been terrible ever since they reopened after the pandemic. They no longer have half off color sales and 99cent day. Their prices have went up so much! Goodwill should be ashamed of themselves for some of the prices they put on items. They charge more than retail. It’s ridiculous.

Mainly clothing. Not much home goods.

They charge their dirty used items at retail value or higher. Considering they get their inventory for free this is absolutely disgusting. Everyone should boycott goodwill and the salvation army until they can stop price gouging the public. I know the problem doesn't lie with this store specifically because this is happening all over the country, but Everyone needs to stop supporting bad business practices

The worst good will I have ever experienced. The tall man that works in there is very rude and needs trained on customer service. I will never donate to this store so they can degrade customers why selling things double then what they are worth. You can't even try on clothes before you purchase them. Who sells clothes that want let you try them on before purchasing them. Anyways just worst good will ever is this one.... Rude ungrateful employees are most so makes the visits there so unpleasant.

Clothes were organized by size. Been to so many and never seen it! Made it so easy to find things! (Too easy lol)Downside was their kitchen and other stuff is kinda expensive. You can get some of it for the same price or less new at the store. But I'll go back for the clothes for sure.

Too much clutter and this place is dirty and raggedy. I never find anything so I just stopped going to this one. I don't like any of the Tri cities Goodwill...I'll just continue to make the drive to Weaverville , NC and shop at their Goodwill.

They need to reorganize their stuff. No organization at all. Staff puts items were ever they see an open spot on any shelf.Friendly staff. Great prices.Vases with vases. Baskets with baskets. And so on. Too much clutter.

I’ve found some cool stuff here but this place stinks! I thrift shop a lot and I’ve never come across a store that has such a strong odor. The clothes I’ve gotten there have been fine after a good wash tho so I think it might be something with the building.

I love Goodwill! It's one of my favorite "comfort shopping" stores. I can always find a few things when I stop by. And the glory of it is: you never know what it will be since the inventory is ever-changing.- especially in seasonal and home goods/decorations etcetera. They do consistently have good prices on used clothing though. This is especially handy if you have children who grow like weeds.Books and movies are fairly priced as well. I've gotten lucky several times with some sweet deals on titles I had been looking for.A couple of major down sides for me though are:1. There never seem to be enough shopping carts. That's probably not a terrible thing for me though. Considering.. if a shopping cart were available every time I went in, I would probably spend a whole lot more money there.2. The bathrooms have been selectively (I have seen them let some people use them from time to time) closed for years "due to covid", according to the sign..
