I enjoy going to goodwill and looking around , I have found some really great deals. And the staff always seems to be kind and patient , which is sometimes hard to do when dealing with the public .

Terrible service and only has person at the register when multiple workers are on the clock. Stood in line for 10 min just to get my items. Put more people up front…

This store used to be nice. Since it's the only one in Kingsport now, it stays packed. They are pricey, the shelves are overloaded, and Lord help you if you happen to be in the aisle where they bring a bin of new stuff. I was boxed up when the customers all came running over and noone would move to let me out. I had a buggy shoved into me as I was trying to escape the mayhem and it was like the employee was purposely placing bins in high traffic areas which caused several people, inclusing myself, to abandon our carts and leave because it was seriously like a bunch of vultures devouring a carcass.
There are other Goodwill stores in the area that seem to have better prices, shelves are organized and they carry things from the back instead of causing a feeding frenzy with the bin of overpriced, dirty or broken things. I believe that was my last trip to this one, donating and shopping.

Not a huge fan how they reorganized it months ago but it's OK. The staff is very friendly and the prices are fair.

I gotta say I absolutely love goodwill but wish there was more goodwill in Kingsport and not just 1 shopping center.

This Goodwill used to be great, but it has been terrible ever since they reopened after the pandemic. They no longer have half off color sales and 99cent day. Their prices have went up so much! Goodwill should be ashamed of themselves for some of the prices they put on items. They charge more than retail. It’s ridiculous.

Mainly clothing. Not much home goods.

They charge their dirty used items at retail value or higher. Considering they get their inventory for free this is absolutely disgusting. Everyone should boycott goodwill and the salvation army until they can stop price gouging the public. I know the problem doesn't lie with this store specifically because this is happening all over the country, but Everyone needs to stop supporting bad business practices

The worst good will I have ever experienced. The tall man that works in there is very rude and needs trained on customer service. I will never donate to this store so they can degrade customers why selling things double then what they are worth. You can't even try on clothes before you purchase them. Who sells clothes that want let you try them on before purchasing them. Anyways just worst good will ever is this one.... Rude ungrateful employees are most so makes the visits there so unpleasant.

Clothes were organized by size. Been to so many and never seen it! Made it so easy to find things! (Too easy lol)Downside was their kitchen and other stuff is kinda expensive. You can get some of it for the same price or less new at the store. But I'll go back for the clothes for sure.

Too much clutter and this place is dirty and raggedy. I never find anything so I just stopped going to this one. I don't like any of the Tri cities Goodwill...I'll just continue to make the drive to Weaverville , NC and shop at their Goodwill.
