Cannot recommend this place enough. After getting a very flat tire this evening, I went to 4 different tire shops that had all “closed early” for the night (30-45 minutes earlier than their listed closing time) and were unable to help me. I called Free Tire Service & Auto Center and the folks there were not only willing to help me 20 minutes before closing, but also were kind enough to go to another store (Tire Barn Warehouse - one of the shops that told me they had closed early) to get the tire I needed because they didn’t have it in their shop. Turns out I didn’t even need a new tire, so Free Tire Service patched my tire for free and had me back on the road in under 15 minutes. The level of customer service they offered and the kindness they showed seems to be rare in businesses these days, but you’ll find it in abundance here. I will definitely be coming back for any car needs I have in the future!

Kingsport Tire’s manager Joe is a liar and will not have you leaving with your car fixed! I came in to get a full set of tires and an alignment, requested by a reputable mechanic after a full inspection. Joe did get my tires, however he told me that my car “does not need an alignment” and implied the mechanic was a liar. Fast forward to today, some road work blew my tire out. Under a 20,000 mile warranty I came to get a new tire. However I get a phone call saying my warranty is voided because my alignment is VERY out of line and none of my tires are facing the same direction. I was also informed that my other tire on the back is about to bust open due to the alignment that was needed and never done. After being told by Joe I did not need the requested alignment, I did not argue with him because he is supposed to be the professional. It turns out the mechanic was right and I am now stuck spending money on 2 tires and an alignment rather than getting a single tire fixed under warranty. I will not be back to this place and have due diligence if you choose them.

Ronnie takes great pride in the work that is done in the shop. I went in for a slow leak in my front tire-the Tech informed me that both tires were extremely worn and needed new. They were ordered immediately and I was on the road safely in no time and as always service with a smile!

I just have to say...Keisha, Billy, and Michael were absolutely amazing. I was a walkin to get a repair thinking I may have to just get new tires. Billy checked it out and said he could repair it but I should start looking for tires soon. No pressure at all from the staff. Of course knowing tires were needed soon I took the plunge. They got me a great deal on an awesome set and had me out the door in less than 2 hours start to finish. Amazing team they have there!

The kind worker repaired a nail hole in my tire and tacked up some plastic shields on the bottom of my car… actually for FREE!!! I was impressed with the service and communication from both the desk lady and the repair man and I highly recommend this place!

Keisha is a rock star!! She is so incredibly personable and a joy to be around! She is helpful and professional. I enjoyed talking to her, and she even was teaching me some things about what was going on with our tires, but in a very down-to-earth, easy to understand kind of way, without feeling like she was talking down to me and my laughable lack of knowledge! ? Even though the name on the profile at the store is my husband’s, it was me (his wife) who brought the car in for service. I really appreciateed having another woman to talk to while waiting (doing “male” tasks as a woman can be intimidating, I felt so much more comfortable and free to ask questions to Keisha…of course, that’s nothing against the men, it was just a nice surprise having her there!) I will absolutely keep coming to this location, and I’ll hope to see her smiling face each time I walk through the door! We even got to talking about local restaurants, I’m totally going to try Guiseppe’s! ?
