My husband and I had just bought new tires from Walmart where they were also installed. On a trip to pigeon forge TN the truck had a horrible shake to it. We stopped in off the interstate they squeezed us in to balance all four tires. The shaking was gone. God bless

All my vehicles are services there. Latest big item is a engine replacement. The mechanics are skilled and knowledgeable. The front desk team is great with service and explaining my choices and costs. The care is in for overheating and found a leaking hose. The challenge was the manufacture redesigned the hoses which took them work to find this out and get the parts. I am always treated with respect and great customer service.

I took my RV in for an intermittent noise under the chassis. They tried to duplicate the noise but after many attempts they could not find anything wrong. I appreciated their efforts to find the issue and will return should the noise return. I had them do a service as well. I'm very satisfied with their efforts. Highly recommend.

I had 2 batteries start leaking and smoking at a delivery in Johnson City. I asked guys at my delivery for recommendations on a local semi repair shop and they recommended Free Service on Eastern Star. I called around to compare and another shop recommended Free Service as well so I called and he quoted me on 4 new batteries for my Kenworth but told me there might be a wait for installation. I drove on down, they pulled me in almost immediately and had me back on the road in no time. Can’t ask for better service than this and the guys were friendly. Highly recommended

I went in because of a check engine light. I figured it would just be like Autozone where they plug it in and just let you know what the error is. Well it wasn’t free it ended up being over $200 and I was never told in advance there would be a charge
