“The bouquet was beautiful and delivered on time, it would be a 5 star rating but I specifically asked that no lillies be put in the bouquet as we have cats and they are poisonous to them (and can kill them), and the bouquet was half lillies we had to throw away. My phone number was on the order and I would have expected a phone call if requests like that couldn't be honored. It was a gorgeous arrangement but for $80 to have to throw so much of it out was disappointing. If you don't have any special requests their arrangement was gorgeous, fresh, and some have bloomed over the past days making it a longer lasting gift. It was just very disappointing to have to get rid of so much of it so that our pets are safe after asking.”
